Reports & exports
Live reporting plus completion and follow-up exports.
Memoria aggregates the event in real time so administrators can see progress while it runs, and export results when it's done. Reports are tenant-scoped — you only ever see your own organization's data.
Live reporting
From the Admin Dashboard, supervisors watch completion status update live as stations process participants: how many have been served, how many are on hold, and how many remain. This is the same data that drives the live status across connected devices.
What you can reconcile
- Completed — participants who have been served (issued, distributed, returned, or cleared).
- On hold — participants blocked by an open hold awaiting resolution.
- Outstanding — participants who haven't been processed yet.
Exports by event
| Event | Useful export |
|---|---|
| Yearbook | Issued, blocked, and outstanding students for reconciliation. |
| Graduation tickets | Completion report for remaining ticket follow-up. |
| Senior checkout | Incomplete participants for final follow-up. |
| Device return | Outstanding devices and holds for IT reconciliation. |
| Custom | Completion and follow-up lists for your process. |
Export before you close. Always export your final reports before closing the app at the end of an event, and back up the database immediately afterward. See Event-day operations.
The append-only ledger
Every distribution and every supervisor approval is recorded to an append-only ledger. Reports are built from this history, so what you export always reflects exactly what happened at the stations — there's no separate, editable tally to drift out of sync.
