About

Software for the days schools can't afford to get wrong

Memoria is built by SKPsoft, a subdivision of Bonfire LLC. We make tools that help schools and districts run high-volume student events calmly and correctly.

From a yearbook line to a distribution platform

Memoria began as a yearbook issuance app: confirm a student, block the ones with outstanding fees, and issue each book exactly once. Schools kept asking for the same thing for other events — graduation tickets, senior checkout, Chromebook returns — so we generalized it.

Today an event plus its typed stations drive the workflow. The same application runs every distribution event by configuration rather than by forking code, with one host computer serving station laptops over the school LAN, or hosted in the cloud for districts that manage many schools centrally.

What we care about

How we build Memoria

Built for event day

Memoria is designed for the realities of a school gym at 8 a.m. — fast lookups, offline operation, and supervisors who can resolve exceptions on the spot.

Safe with student data

Tenant-scoped access means a station never sees another school or event's data, and every override is recorded in an append-only ledger.

Configuration over forking

One codebase runs every event type. New workflows come from templates and configuration — not bespoke software per school.
